Role of This Resource

This private reference site has no authority over a government office. It does not store official records, confirm a person's custody status, arrange a release, or file a document with MDCR, the Miami-Dade Clerk, FDC, BOP, or ICE.

Its purpose is to point visitors toward Miami-Dade County inmate and jail records resources and, where offered, connect them with independent research tools. Official records remain with the agency or court that created them. Florida Constitution article I, section 24 and chapter 119 govern access to Florida public records subject to exemptions, not access through this private site.

Acceptable Use Rules

You may use the site only in a lawful way that respects other people and the operation of the service. You agree that you will not:

• Break any applicable law while using the site
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
• Attempt to enter an account, server, or system without permission
• Operate a bot, scraper, or automated extraction process
• Interfere with access, security, or service for other visitors

FCRA Use Is Prohibited

Neither this site nor its advertising partners is a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. No background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service is offered. By using the site, you agree not to use its content or linked search results for:

• A decision to hire, retain, discipline, or dismiss a worker
• Tenant selection, leasing, or another housing-screening decision
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or an insurance premium
• Eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Independent Websites and Tools

Links may lead to the MDCR release search, Miami-Dade Clerk pages, FDC resources, federal locators, legal-aid information, and outside search providers. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control an outside site's content, data practices, price, or availability. Review that provider's terms and privacy policy before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no promise about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current state of information
• Continuous or uninterrupted access
• Freedom from errors, software bugs, or security weaknesses
• The depth or completeness of a partner's search results

Custody status and public records can change at any time. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office, MDCR, FDC, a jail, a court, or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Miami-Dade County Released Inmates and its operators will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from access to, reliance on, or inability to use the site or an outside service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless this site and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Ownership of Site Materials

Text, graphics, logos, layout elements, and code belong to Miami-Dade County Released Inmates or the applicable content partner. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or modify those materials without prior written permission from the rights holder.

Revisions Take Effect When Posted

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. A new version becomes effective when it is posted here, and continued use after posting means the revised terms apply.

Suspension or Loss of Access

We may limit, suspend, or block access to any part of the site at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Florida Law Governs

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida.

Remaining Terms Stay Effective

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed or adjusted only to the extent needed to make it enforceable.
